Warranty Policy

STORCUBE warrants its products to the original consumer to be free from defects in workmanship and materials.
The warranty period begins on the date of purchase by the original consumer purchaser,

For portable power station products, the warranty period ranges from 24 months to 72 months.
For home backup system products, the warranty period ranges from 48 months to 60 months.
For solar panels, cables, chargers and other accessories, a 12-month warranty is provided.
Gift products do not come with a warranty and warranty periods may vary from country to country depending on local laws and regulations.

Warranty statement
After you provide any valid proof of purchase and information, any defects in materials and workmanship of your product will be covered by the warranty, including but not limited to:

Order number purchased through the STORCUBE official store.
A sales invoice or order confirmation email that clearly shows product description, price, and sales channel.
Note: The limited warranty is limited to the country of purchase. The warranty will be void once the item is taken or shipped to another country.

Warranty exclusions
1. Misuse, abuse, accidental damage or damage caused by force majeure (such as lightning strikes, tornadoes, hurricanes, etc.);
2. Unauthorized modification, repair, disassembly or operation not in accordance with official instructions or manuals;
3. Purchase from unauthorized dealers;
4. For special purposes other than normal consumption;
5. Product lost, stolen or full refund;
6. Any defects or damage caused by exposure to excessive heat, cold, liquids or other external causes;
7. The purchase voucher is invalid;
8. The warranty period has expired
9. The battery model on the warranty certificate does not match the actual product;
10. Altering the warranty certificate without authorization;
11. Products wear out over time.

Claims process

For any assistance with the product, please contact us Monday through Sunday via email: support@storcubepower.com.
For any warranty claim, repair by STORCUBE service center, or replacement with a replacement product of equivalent specifications based on model and service life. If an exchange is required, a refurbished model of equal value will be provided and will be confirmed in STORCUBE warehouse 7 working days after the defective goods have been received. Arrange delivery within the same day (except for changes due to force majeure).
Exchange products are covered by the remaining warranty period of the original product or thirty (30) days from the date of replacement, whichever is longer.

Warranty extension

The extended warranty is now only applicable to S1000 and S2500 models purchased from the STORCUBE official website, with no service fees and no damage protection.
Anyone who purchases these two models on other platforms must submit an application for extended warranty through the following link:

This limited warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, express or implied, including any warranty of fitness for a particular purpose or use and any implied warranty of merchantability with respect to the STORCUBE Portable Solar Generator. STORCUBE AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES (INCLUDING LOST PROFITS). No other warranties are provided except as set forth herein.
This limited warranty may only be modified by STORCUBE. Any implied warranties permitted by law shall be limited in duration to the terms of the express warranties provided herein. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You also have other rights from the states. STORCUBE's sole liability is repair or replacement as described above.
