Return & Refund Policy

Returns and refunds
STORCUBE is obliged to provide return service to all customers. Returns are currently available in the country of purchase.
If the item was purchased from an official STORCUBE store, you are entitled to a return or refund.
If this item was purchased from a STORCUBE dealer, the dealer's policies may apply. Please contact your dealer for more information.
Return and refund policies may vary based on local laws and regulations.


Cancel the order

Customers can apply for a full refund via email to the STORCUBE official store within 24 hours after placing the order.
Please note that if you request a refund 24 hours after placing your order and before shipping, we will charge a transaction fee (2.6% for credit card users, 3.6% for PayPal users, 3.5% for Affirm users, and 3.3% for Klarna users).

Cancellations cannot be made after 30 days after order is shipped.

Product received lost/damaged

If a product is not delivered or is lost, please contact us immediately.
If you receive a damaged product, or an incorrect or incomplete product, please contact us immediately and provide video and/or photo proof.

30-day money back guarantee

1. If you are not satisfied with the product due to product quality issues, you are entitled to a full refund when returning the complete product without paying return shipping costs, which will be borne by Storcube officials.
2. For returns due to reasons other than product quality issues, you are entitled to a full refund when returning the complete, unused product in its original packaging, and the return shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

Full refunds are not available if more than 30 days have passed since purchase.
If you refuse shipment, double shipping costs will be deducted from the original payment.
NOTE: We reserve the right to refuse returns of used products.

Return process

Please contact STORCUBE Service for assistance with the return process and provide proof of purchase and Return Material Authorization (RMA) number.
Please follow the instructions in the STORCUBE Service Guide on how to properly package and safely return your product.
Refund

For non-quality issues, refunds are available under the 30-day money-back guarantee.
For quality issues, partial refunds are available after 30 days of purchase based on the age of the device.
Refunds will be processed within 14 working days after the product is returned to the STORCUBE warehouse and a refund notification will be sent to the customer's email address.
NOTE: If you do not receive your refund within 14 business days, please contact us.
